Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering. A master’s degree in Mining Engineering is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple mining sites and leading PJO or site operational teams.
  • Strong expertise in engineering & production planning, operational cost control, fleet productivity, and equipment performance (PA/UA).
  • Solid understanding of mining regulations, HSE standards, and operational compliance.
  • POM certification is required
  • Willing to travel regularly across project sites.
