Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master Degree in Mechanical engineering is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance. Including at least 5 years in a managerial role within the mining or mining contractor industry.
  • Strong expertise in planning and forecasting capabilities in maintenance strategy, fleet readiness, manpower, and resource allocation.
  • Proven track record in managing Physical Availability (PA), Unit Availability (UA), and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Willing to travel and oversee multiple mining project sites.
